Help Desk Technician Application

In order to be eligible for the Help Desk Technician Apprenticeship Program, you must meet the following general and academic requirements:


General Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older by the program start date. 
  • Earned a high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record, or reliable transportation


Academic Requirements

  • Have completed less than 50% of the curriculum
  • Be in good academic standing with HCC
